Who We Are
Our work honors legacy while building forward. From housing and food access to workforce development and community wellness, every project is designed to elevate dignity, opportunity, and long-term stability for generations to come. Elevate North Nashville Community Development Corporation is a jointly funded initiative of The House of God Rental Properties and Elevate North Nashville. The House of God Rental Properties has operated separately from The House of God Church since the 1970s, maintaining an independent operating budget and funding its work through grants and rental property revenue.
Elevate North Nashville CDC is a 501(c) (3) organization established to advance people-centered redevelopment across North Nashville through its mission of Building Faith, Building Impact, and Building Futures. Through programs that address food access, housing, senior support, workforce development, transportation, community wellness, and outreach, ENN/ CDC is committed to strengthening families and elevating neighborhoods with dignity and purpose.
